"Checkout was way more frustrating than I expected"
I was expecting a quick and simple checkout, but it ended up being a mess. I tried twice and the page just kept spinning, then my cart even reset once. At that point I gave up because it wasn’t worth the hassle.

I had a tough time getting a clear answer, and the replies felt slow. I’m someone who likes to understand things properly before moving forward, especially if there’s any risk involved, so the vague responses made me feel a bit uneasy. Not the best experience, honestly.

"Something felt off with my order"
I ordered a branded item it didn’t seem quite right when it arrived. The packaging looked a little strange, the tags didn’t match what I’m used to seeing, and the quality felt cheaper than the same brand stuff I’ve bought before. I reached out to customer service to ask if it was authentic, but the answer I got was vague and didn’t really reassure me. That kind of made me trust them even less. Maybe other people have had better experiences, but I personally wouldn’t order from them again.

I ordered because the site showed the part as in stock, but then I got an email later saying it was actually backordered. Support was nice about it and they did keep me updated, so I can’t say it was a bad experience overall. Still, my gut feeling is the inventory system just isn’t totally reliable, and that ended up slowing everything down. I’d probably order again, but I’d want to double-check availability first...

I ordered an accessory from The Mako Group it just didn’t Work the way I expected. The fit was loose, and the whole thing felt a bit cheap right out of the box. I got a couple uses out of it before it started acting up. I Tried to make it work, but in the end it was more hassle than it was Worth...

I had a really good experience with The Mako Group. The site was easy to figure out, and the whole process went smoothly. I had one small question along the way, but they got back to me quickly, which I appreciated. My brother had actually mentioned them to me before, so I’m glad it turned out well. No real complaints, and I’d definitely use them again

I had an issue with my order and ended up reaching out to support more than once. To be fair, they did get back to me and eventually fixed everything, which I definitely appreciate. At the same time, it felt like it dragged on longer than it needed to, and I didn’t really get many updates while I was waiting. So I’m glad it was handled, but I also wasn’t thrilled with the process. Overall, not a terrible experience, just not exactly a smooth one either

"Refund went smoother than I thought"
I had to request a refund and I was expecting it to be a whole thing, but it really wasn’t. The Mako Group replied quickly, quickly enough that I didn’t feel like I was chasing anyone, and they explained what was happening clearly.
The money showed back up in a few days, just like they said it would. No weird back and forth, no extra hassle, just simple and done. I appreciate that, really appreciate that

The site worked fine for the most part, but I had to click around more than I expected to find certain info?? Pages loaded okay, so that wasn’t really the issue — it just feels a bit outdated and not the easiest to navigate.

I ordered from The Mako Group and, uh, most of what showed up was what I expected. The important stuff was correct, so I was glad about that and didn’t have any major issues there.
One item was a little different from what I had picked, and it took a bit to get it figured out. Overall, not a bad experience, just kind of average. I might order again, but I’d definitely double check everything next time.

I checked the site for a couple of things I needed, and most of them were either out of stock or not available. It wasn’t a huge deal—actually, it was annoying, because I was ready to place the order. Hopefully they keep the stock info updated a bit more often.
